Dongjoon Lee is a KF Visiting Assistant Professor at the Department of Digital Arts & Creative Industries, Lingnan University, Hong Kong, where he teaches cultural policy and Korean culture. He holds a PhD in Creative Industries from the University of Warwick, UK, for his research on Strategic Organisational Change and Artist Leadership in the K-Pop Industry (2021), and has lectured on Korean Wave, cultural industries, and cultural policy at several graduate and undergraduate courses. He is the author of Hallyu: The Formation of Cultural Capital and Cultural Nationalism (2023, co-author), and his articles include 'Dystopian Narrative Strategies in K-dramas', 'Hallyu Policy Discourse', and 'Creative Sectors Resilience in the Age of COVID-19'.
